Shuttle is a catalogue and discovery service. We do not host, upload, store, convert or transmit any video file. All metadata, artwork and ratings come from The Movie Database (TMDB); playback is provided by independent third-party embed providers that operate their own infrastructure.
If you own the rights to a title
Because the files are not on our servers, the fastest and most effective route is to contact the provider hosting the file. We will, however, remove any title from our catalogue on request, which stops it appearing anywhere on this site.
Send a notice that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this site for each title you want removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send it to the address on our contact page. We process complete notices within 48 hours and reply with confirmation once the titles are removed.
Counter notice
If a title was removed in error, write to the same address with the URL, your contact details and an explanation. We will review and restore it if the claim was mistaken.
